Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of agentinbox.pro (the "Service") operated by AgentInbox ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box during sign-in, using the dashboard, or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Service description

agentinbox.pro is an inbound and outbound email platform for developers and agent builders. We accept mail for domains you configure (including platform addresses such as {slug}.inbox.agentinbox.pro), parse and normalize messages, store raw .eml files for a limited period according to your plan, and deliver signed JSON webhook events to endpoints you provide. Outbound send from verified domains is available via API; raw outbound SMTP credentials, IMAP, and human email-client features are not provided.

The Service includes:

• Workspace tenancy with API keys and webhook signing secrets.
• Custom-domain onboarding with DNS ownership verification and MX instructions.
• Catch-all addressing on verified domains.
• Webhook delivery with retries, delivery attempt records, and manual replay.
• Outbound email send via API with send status and engagement analytics (Juice).
• Optional domain search and one-time purchase through Stripe Checkout.
• A dashboard for domains, webhooks, inbound mail, outbound analytics, and plan display.

Some features may be limited during early access (for example, invite-only dashboard access). We describe material limitations on our website and in checkout where applicable.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for developers and businesses building software agents or automated workflows. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including API key use and webhook configuration.

Sign-in uses Google OAuth. We may require early-access approval before granting dashboard access. Programmatic workspace creation via our API may be rate-limited or disabled in production.

Policy acceptance

Before using the dashboard, you must affirmatively agree to the then-current Terms and Privacy Policy. We record the policy versions you accepted, the time of acceptance, and basic request metadata for audit purposes. If we materially update either policy, we may require you to accept the updated version before continued use.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

• Configure DNS and MX records correctly for domains you add.
• Secure your webhook endpoints, API keys, and signing secrets. Webhooks must use HTTPS in production.
• Ensure you have a lawful basis to receive and process inbound email, including personal data contained in messages sent to your addresses.
• Comply with applicable laws for any email or communications you send outside this Service (including CAN-SPAM and similar rules where they apply).
• Honor applicable registrar or registry policies when purchasing or using domains through the Service.
• Ensure webhook recipients and downstream systems protect data delivered to your endpoints.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, malware, or fraudulent content (including by encouraging abusive traffic to your inbound addresses).
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others.
• Process illegal content or facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, workspace suspension, or access controls.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached.

Data processing role

For inbound email content and related metadata processed on your behalf, you are generally the data controller and AgentInbox acts as a data processor, handling that data only to provide the Service according to your configuration and our Privacy Policy. A standalone Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request when required for your compliance program.

Plans, quotas, and retention

Plan tiers, inbound quotas, message size limits, API rate limits, and mail retention periods are described on our pricing page and in the Privacy Policy. Inbound email and related records are deleted automatically after the retention period for your plan unless you delete them sooner through the dashboard.

Fees and payment

Domain registration purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe Checkout. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, domain fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted to the registrar.

Paid workspace plans (for example Build and Scale) are billed monthly through Stripe as recurring subscriptions. By upgrading, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout until you cancel through the billing portal or we terminate the subscription. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods after notice.

When Stripe is not configured in a development environment, plan upgrades may use a mock billing path with no real charge. Production deployments with Stripe enabled always use live checkout for paid plans.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (sign-in and optional measurement when you consent), Stripe (payments), and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, DNS propagation, registrar delays, and factors outside our control may affect delivery. No service-level agreement (SLA) applies unless we agree to one in writing.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, software, and branding. You retain rights in your domains, configuration, and inbound email content. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete data according to our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTINBOX AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US DURING THAT PERIOD.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your inbound email configuration, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page and incrementing the policy version identifier. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or by email and may require renewed acceptance before continued dashboard use.
